How can I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
We offer swatches for most of our upholstery and drapery fabrics. Simply select the 'Order Sample' button on the product page to add a 4x4 inch swatch to your cart.
What is the minimum length of fabric I can purchase?
Our minimum order length is one yard. After the first yard, you can purchase fabric in half-yard increments to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
How do you handle shipping for oversized items like foam or batting?
Oversized items are vacuum-sealed when possible to reduce shipping costs. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind about the color?
Because fabric is cut to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective. We strongly recommend ordering a sample swatch before placing a bulk order.
Are your outdoor fabrics UV-resistant and waterproof?
Yes, our 'Outdoor Living' collection features solution-dyed acrylics and treated polyesters designed to resist fading, mold, and water damage for patio use.
How do I care for and clean my new home textiles?
Each fabric listing includes specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend dry cleaning for upholstery-grade fabrics and cool machine washes for our cotton and linen blends.
